Filming Ideas for Pupil-Led Parent Presentation

Schools often tell us how challenging it is to involve parents in keeping children safe online. So, how about creating a pupil-led film to share with parents? Film your pupils talking about what they do online and what they want their parents to know, and then share this with parents. Much easier to grab parents' attention if their child is involved.

To help you, we have created this plan, which outlines how to do this.

            Coming Soon...

Based on the above plan, we've created an example of primary-aged pupils talking about what they wished their parents understood about the online world. This will be available on our Safer Internet Day webpage.

Please visit sid.lgfl.net for more ideas about how to mark this occasion. And if you use our resources, don't forget to tell us how you get on (X or Facebook or email)!
