LGfL Autumn 1 Training 2022

Dear Colleague

Welcome to the autumn 1 edition of your LGfL training bulletin! These are provided at no extra charge for any schools and are a great way of engaging with the various LGfL teams: Inspire and IncludEd (curriculum and inclusion), DigiSafe (safeguarding and online safety), CyberCloud (cybersecurity), Tech Squad (including strategy and digital transformation) and Customer Success (onboarding for new and returning schools).

A reminder that all the LGfL sessions are live (not pre-recorded) which means delegates are able to ask questions and get answers throughout the sessions.

Autumn 1 Training

The Big Staff Meeting is a one-hour online session designed to fit into a staff meeting.

Fortnightly for autumn 1 then every Monday (during term time) between 15:50-16:50.

The session aims to introduce the LGfL primary curriculum content but can also be used as a reminder session.

N.B The Big Staff Meeting is aimed at individuals, Year Group teams or the whole teaching and support staff team - the choice is yours. (We require just one booking by an individual member of your staff who can then share the joining link with the team).

LGfL EdTech (Online) Hub Events

The EdTech Hubs events can be found on training.lgfl.net; they are open to anyone regardless of geography since they will be online via Zoom.

18th October - Launch of the East of England EdTech Hub - "EdTech & Inclusion: Harnessing the Power of Technology to Support All Learners" @16:00 -17:00
