| View in browser Dear IncludED community,   Welcome to your November edition of LGfL's inclusion and wellbeing newsletter. As we enter another national lockdown, the challenges for all educators continue for those of us who support inclusion in our communities.   This month, Monday 16th sees the beginning of Anti-Bullying week, which gives an important opportunity in the year to educate our communities, promote tolerance and unite against bullying. Check out our blog post, which includes some links to helpful resources.    We are all still facing complex and challenging times, in light of this the IncludED team is listening to the community and working as hard as possible to provide the support you need. Read on to find out about our new training and resources to support you and your school community plus lots more.        Have Your Say Thank you to everyone who responded to us about the times and days that you are most able to attend online training sessions. We have listened to this and you'll see some changes to the training schedule we offer for the rest of the autumn term.    This month we would love to find out how prepared you feel to meet the needs of your learners with SEND. It's two questions so should only take a few seconds to complete. As always we greatly value your input.   Remote Learning Survey       DfE's Edtech Demonstrator Programme - Edtech Week! From the 9th to the 14th November Edtech Demonstrator Schools will be holding a FREE six-day online EdTech event, #EdTechWeek2020. Designed to celebrate the work of the EdTech Demonstrator Schools and Colleges, and to support educators across the UK, in bringing technology into every aspect of their work, both in the classroom and remotely.   There are two sessions specifically aimed at SEND and Inclusion.    Thursday 12th November 2020 - 4:00 - 4:45pm     Twilight Tea and Chat 'Accessible Edtech for All - Beyond SEND'   Friday 13th November 2020 - 11:00 - 11:45am               Live Panel 'Accessible Edtech for All - Diversity and Inclusion' Find out more and book your FREE place       New YouTube Channel We are delighted to share our brand new LGfL inclusion and wellbeing YouTube channel with you. This is just another way that we will be able to share great content with as many people as possible. If you are interested in booking some training for your staff, team or event please use this form and a member of the team will get in touch.        Spotlight Resource of the Month LGfL's Widgit resources include not only access to individual Widgit symbols, but also 1000s of ready made resources ranging from symbolised text, fun activities and symbol supported worksheets. For November and December, for example, there are resource bundles including Seasonal Resources such as: Winter, Winter Weather, Bonfire Night, Christmas and Christmas Cards.
