Many young people and their families struggle with sleep. Many learners with special needs face additional challenges to sleep. This can add to the stress and pressure many parents of SEND learners are already under. But there is help at hand.
The National Sleep helpline is run by trained sleep advisors who can talk to parents and help them identify new ideas to try, or signpost to support services, if appropriate.
